Using this site
Privacy Policy
This portal is built to be read, not to track who's reading it. Here's exactly what that means.
No accounts, no tracking
Browsing this portal does not require an account, and this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind — not our own, and not a third party’s. Every page you can reach as a member of the public is published, public information; there is nothing here to personalize or track.
Standard server logs
Like any web server, the infrastructure hosting this site keeps ordinary technical logs of requests — things like IP address, timestamp, and the page requested — for security and reliability purposes (for example, diagnosing an outage or investigating abuse). This is standard web server operation, not a feature built into the portal, and this data is not used to build a profile of any visitor or shared for any commercial purpose.
Downloading documents
Budget documents (PDFs) and figure downloads (CSV) are served directly from this site. Downloading one doesn’t send any information about you anywhere beyond the standard server log described above.
