About the Portal
The National Budget Transparency Portal is the official digital platform for public financial disclosure of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Managed directly by the Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Finance, the portal provides public access to verified national budget allocation, revenue, and expenditure data across all stages of the fiscal cycle.

About the Budget Directorate
The Budget Directorate is the core technical arm of the Ministry of Finance responsible for national budget formulation, fiscal policy coordination, and budget execution monitoring. The Directorate coordinates with all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to compile the annual Appropriation Act, ensure compliance with the Public Financial Management (PFM) framework, and evaluate government fiscal performance.
